Coach Siddhartha B leads RIFA’s mission of nurturing young footballers with discipline, passion, and world-class training. Holding an AIFF “D” Licence and AFC “C” Licence, he brings internationally recognized coaching standards and the latest methodologies to every session.
A former Super Division League player in Bangalore, Siddhartha represented renowned clubs such as MEG Centre, Bangalore Bolts FC, Pass FC, and Ozone FC. His professional playing experience, combined with his tenure at South United Football Club, gives him deep insight into structured training systems, grassroots development, and player management.

Harish Selvaraj is a dedicated football coach with a strong passion for developing young players and nurturing their overall growth in the game. With over five years of coaching experience, he has worked with players across different levels, helping them improve their technical skills, tactical understanding, and game intelligence.
Holding an AFC C License and AIFF D License, along with specialized certifications in goalkeeping and scouting, Harish brings structured and professional training methods tailored to individual player needs.
He focuses on grassroots development through well-planned training sessions that emphasize skill-building, fitness, and match awareness. His coaching approach creates a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented environment where players can build confidence and reach their full potential.
